Printer completes print production jobs on various types of printing press machines, including digital, flexographic, web, screen, or others. Reviews job specifications and complete setup tasks, including filling ink, calibrating machine, and loading stock. Being a Printer conducts visual inspection of samples prior to running job. Performs in-process quality inspections utilizing standard testing protocols. Additionally, Printer completes all required production logs and documentation. Interprets equipment diagnostics, troubleshoots breakdowns, and makes necessary adjustments to complete the job. Performs regular maintenance, cleaning, and changeovers of press from one job to another. Maintains a clean and safe workspace. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Printer works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. We are currently seeking a full-time Shipping/Receiving Material Handler to work on-site in our Pennsauken, NJ location. (Experience in direct mail is highly desired for this position)
Position Summary: Drive, load & unload straight truck to various mail processing facilities in Pennsauken. (CDL is NOT required.) Operate forklift & pallet jack to move palletized material. Build & breakdown pallets of mail trays and paper material. Receive, identify, record and stow shipments of paper and printing materials. Identify, palletize, prepare & log shipments of mail and printed material. Monitor production schedule and prioritize shipping receiving workflow. Respond to research requests from other departments. Other material handling duties as assigned by supervisor.

Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods and frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs. Occasional lifting up to 80 lbs. Driving box truck or delivery van moderately. Pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs. to move palletized load. Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am- 3:30pm for 1st shift. Weekend hours required during peak production times. Typically works 40-50 hours per week.
The range for this position is $17-$25 per hour. Compensation may vary by geographical location.
