Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Screen Printer to join our team. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality prints on various materials using screen printing techniques. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to the production of visually appealing products.

Duties:
- Prepare screens for printing by coating them with emulsion and exposing them to UV light
- Mix and prepare inks according to color specifications
- Set up and operate screen printing machines
- Load and unload materials onto the printing press
- Ensure proper alignment of screens and materials for accurate printing
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
- Clean and maintain equipment, including screens, squeegees, and ink containers
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate reproduction of artwork
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines for completing orders

Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator) for digital art manipulation
- Strong layout design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to illustrate and create original designs
- Knowledge of art direction principles and techniques
- Familiarity with Sketchup, CSS, and digital design tools
- Understanding of print advertising concepts and requirements
- Knowledge of color theory and its application in screen printing
