Printer completes print production jobs on various types of printing press machines, including digital, flexographic, web, screen, or others. Reviews job specifications and complete setup tasks, including filling ink, calibrating machine, and loading stock. Being a Printer conducts visual inspection of samples prior to running job. Performs in-process quality inspections utilizing standard testing protocols. Additionally, Printer completes all required production logs and documentation. Interprets equipment diagnostics, troubleshoots breakdowns, and makes necessary adjustments to complete the job. Performs regular maintenance, cleaning, and changeovers of press from one job to another. Maintains a clean and safe workspace. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Printer works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Interprint, Inc. is a worldwide leader in décor printing. Our rotogravure machines provide product to the flooring, cabinetry and a multitude of other industries. Our innovations over the last several years have enabled us to grow in areas where other printing companies have struggled. We are in the process of adding 57,000 square feet to our operational footprint so we can add three machines.
Our current growth requires we find established Rotogravure Printers to help us meet the needs of our customers! We are looking for experienced Rotogravure Printers to join us in our mission to maximize our growth efforts! Our Production facility runs 24/5 (M-F).
If you have experience running a rotogravure printing press, we would love to speak with you. We are looking for professionals who are detail oriented, understand the importance of process, works with an eye towards quality and helps the team meet our weekly scheduling goals.
Hours:
Currently seeking Printer for 2nd (3:00pm - 11:00pm) and 3rd (11:00pm - 7:00am) shifts.
Wages:
Starting wage up to $30.50 based on experience with potential for overtime.
