Lang Company is a regional, award-winning office technology provider seeking a field printer technician to serve our customers in the Louisville area. This is an entry level position to a career as a Service Technician

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver supplies and perform preventive maintenance for customers
• Train to perform trouble shooting a maintenance on printers
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate records on service activity, supplies, and mileage reports.
• Manage inventory for customers.
• Set-up and install equipment.
• Help other techs, warehouse personnel as needed.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Aptitude and interest in a developing a technical career
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Some computer experience with an interest in learning more
• Customer friendly attitude.
• Honest and ethical work habits.
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and good driving record.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
