Overview:

Screen Printer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality prints on various materials using screen printing techniques. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your artistic skills and contribute to the production of visually appealing products.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare screens by cleaning and coating them with emulsion
• Create and adjust artwork for printing using software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Set up and operate screen printing equipment, including automatic and manual presses
• Mix and prepare inks according to color specifications
• Load screens onto the press and align them with precision
• Print designs onto various materials, such as apparel, signage, and promotional items
• Monitor print quality throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during printing, such as ink bleeding or registration errors
• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Screen Printer or similar role
• Proficiency in photo manipulation and illustration software
• Strong knowledge of print advertising, sign manufacturing, and graphic design principles
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Understanding of motion graphics, web design, logo design, HTML5, and JavaScript is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality prints with precision
• Excellent color perception and ability to match colors accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot printing issues
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
