Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Gym Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facility. The Gym Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, customer service, facility maintenance, and promotional activities. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to their trade.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Personal Trainers and front desk staff.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all equipment and facilities.
• Oversee membership sales, retention efforts, and billing processes.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the gym and increase membership enrollment.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise techniques, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in Canva and Constant Contact.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
