Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Solderer to join our team. The Solderer will be responsible for assembling and fabricating mechanical parts, pieces, or products using a variety of tools and equipment. The ideal candiate has two years through hole soldering experience.
Duties:
- Perform soldering tasks to join or repair metal and non-metal components
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, engineering drawings, and work orders
- Utilize power tools and machinery for soldering and fabrication tasks
- Inspect and test completed units to ensure compliance with specifications
- Assemble electrical wiring, PCBs, logic controllers, and mechanical components
- Use calipers and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions
Skills:
- Proficiency in soldering techniques
- Experience with machining tools and power tools
- Ability to fabricate and assemble mechanical parts
- Familiarity with PCBs and logic controllers a plus
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment assembly
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
