We are currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Production Manager at our packing facility in Yakima, WA. This is a full-time, year-round position.
Job Description
The Production Manager will be responsible for managing a packing crew of 250 employees and meet the productivity goals. Strong leadership, communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills are essential to manage a successful and productive packing team.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage the entire production process and supervise a packing team of 250 employees.
· Follow company safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
· Lead and coordinate daily production activities with a focus on efficiency and quality.
· Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s). Leverage data-driven insights to continuously enhance production processes.
· Manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement. Address production challenges promptly and implement effective solutions.
· Collaborate with other departments and Marketing teams.
· Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing production team.

Compensation
· Salary Range: $60,000 - $120,000 Annually bonuses.
