We are a well-established printing/graphics company in Renton, WA, serving King County and surrounding areas since 1957. We're looking for a highly motivated, flexible, detail-oriented, and creative print production graphic designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and deliver design materials to their satisfaction.
• Interpret customer requests and translate ideas into tangible products.
• Create and prepare files for digital print, offset print production, and digital media.
• Accurately prepare and imposition files for printing.
• Troubleshoot customer-provided files and prepare them for printing based on technical specifications.
• Assist in digital and large format printing operations.
• Other assigned tasks.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Knowledge of digital and offset printing processes and how to design and create files for optimal print quality and efficiency.
• Strong understanding of design principles, excellent visual design skills, and technical knowledge.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, & Acrobat).
• Creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written, typed, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating design work, especially in printed format.
• Ability to take constructive criticism and adapt as needed.
