Job Title: Production Manager
Preferences:
· 1 year residential roofing or construction is preferred but not required. If you can learn and retain information, we will train you.
· Bilingual is helpful but is not a requirement.
· Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
· A truck is preferred, but not required.
· 1 year in customer service preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
· Maintaining 4–6-week lead time for installs.
· Overseeing installs, ensuring crews have the right material for the job.
· Inspecting for completion and quality installation.
· Inspecting warranties, assessing damage, coordinating repairs.
· Collecting final paperwork and payments from Customers
Schedule: Mon-Fri. Hours vary based on the work day.
Pay: Salary: $40,000-$50,000.00 based on industry experience.
You will also be paid mileage.
