CCI Productions houses a 25,000 SF large format printing, finishing, design, custom fabrication, and installation facility equipped for delivering accuracy and precision. We’ve built a reputation as a signage and graphics solutions specialist by providing clients with professional consultation, creative conceptualization, high quality production, and expert execution. From banners, billboards and building wraps to retail signage, stadium branding and transportation graphics, CCI is an expert in large and grand format printing. We have an immediate opening for a print production specialist with a great attitude and strong work ethic who enjoys all production aspects of large format printing. Our operation includes solvent, latex and UV flatbed printers, laminators, vinyl plotters and digital routing. While experience is important, the more essential job element is high-energy, efficient shop production. Job Duties:

• Perform all aspects of large format print production process, workflow and activities, including printer operation, loading rolls, ripping files, vinyl plotting & weeding, and finishing (lamination, trimming, routing), shipping and installation
• Coordinate with Production Manager and other staff on task management and scheduling to meet aggressive deadlines
• Innovate and embrace project challenges to find the best and most cost-effective client solution
• Continually maintain a high level of product quality and craftsmanship
• Keep workstation clear of clutter and assist around the shop as needed
• Review and discuss incoming design jobs as needed to ensure the best printing results
• Update status of Work Orders in workflow software
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on equipment as required

Requirements:

• Experience in the industry
• Strong attention to detail fused with great multi-tasking ability
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and operate efficiently in a time sensitive production environment
• Must have the ability to lift and or move up to 50 lbs. and stand for full 8 hour shift
• Positive and dependable team player, willing to help out where needed
• Available to work overtime and occasional weekends as customer demands dictate

This is a full-time position. Hours are M-F; 8:30am-5pm with occasional weekends and overtime required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
