Established and growing printing, marketing and design company serving business customers across Lake County, Indiana is recruiting for an experienced Digital Print Production and Bindery Specialist. This role is involved in all areas of the business including digital print production, bindery and finishing along with customer service. Being a fast paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines, you must be flexible, a team player, a good communicator as well as having great organization skills and attention to detail.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include:
- Operate bindery and finishing equipment
- Hand finishing
- Inspect and verify completed projects are produced to Minuteman quality standards
- Prep and pack final printed material
- Perform other related duties in relation to the requirements of a print shop
- General clerical duties
- Assist customers via telephone, email and in person as needed
- Basic math skills, with a good understanding of a ruler and fractions
- Must be detail oriented and have good time management
- Must be able to work independently- Possible delivery duties in company vehicle; must have valid Driver’s License
- Experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
