Job Overview: Responsible for directing, training, and scheduling assembly associates in an efficient manner for the desired quality and quantity of work.
The Production Manager has primary responsibility for production operations, integration of new product development and setting high standards for productivity improvements. The Production Manager will provide leadership to a team of production leads, technical staff, and production team members to deliver world results in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This position will work closely with all plant personnel in achieving the Company objectives of Safety, Quality, Service and Cost. This position will demonstrate strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
SUPERISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position supervises approximately 75 employees. Must follow company policies and procedures.
