• Site Manager - Facilitate Maintenance, Repairs, and Safety Concerns of Site. 
• Oversees Employees – Set Schedules, Maintain Timecards, Coordinate Time-Off, Revise Work Assignments, Monitor Productivity & Address Employee Concerns. 
• Develop & Implement Operating Methods and Procedures Designed to Eliminate Production Issues, Improve Product Quality, and Enhance Workflow. 
• Purchasing – Create PO’s, Outsource Jobs, and Order Supplies as needed to facilitate the Completion of Projects and to fulfill Supply Orders submitted by Operators. 
• Set and Negotiate Pricing – Quote and Invoice Print Projects using Proprietary Software. 
• Project Coordination - Organize and Manage the Various Parts of Projects that cross departments, branches, and/or divisions. Coordinate Project Deadlines with Production and Delivery Schedules. 
• Interface with customers regarding scheduling, problem-solving, job status, and general information requests. Provide other forms of customer service as required. 
• QC printed and finished materials based on our high-quality standard. 
• Communicate company policies to employees and enforce safety regulations. 
• Develop budget and cost control measures to improve margin. 
• Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. 
• Organize, arrange, and decorate your shop to enhance productivity. 
• Work overtime when necessary to meet client expectations.

• Excellent customer service skills and able to communicate effectively with clients & employees.
• Ability to effectively promote the products and services of the company.
• Working Knowledge of Windows Platform, Internet Browsers, Outlook, Excel, Word & Acrobat.
• Tech savvy – able to navigate new (and old) software with limited training.
• Mathematical skills including Measurement and Scale.
• Knowledge of materials and equipment utilized in printing, duplicating, & binding.
• Time management skills and able to react quickly in a fast paced on demand environment.
• Attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining quality, accuracy & scale.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, 2 year Degree Preferred.
• 2 years’ Experience in Print Production Project Management
• 2 years Customer Service Experience - Reprographics, Signage, and/or AEC a plus
