We are seeking an experienced digital print and mail production manager to lead our growing production department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring all client orders are printed and mailed while maintaining our high standards for quality and on-time delivery.

The Product:

Newsletter Pro is a company focused on helping small businesses grow through building real relationships with their clients. We create custom print newsletters as well as other digital and physical products that emphasize connection, personality, and brand engagement. Everything we do is focused on reflecting the values and voice of the incredible entrepreneurs we work with. Our clients are located all over the country (and beyond) and work in a wide variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the production team, including training, delegating workloads, and performance evaluations.

• Create and maintain production schedules to meet client deadlines and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to understand client requirements and expectations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce production costs.
• Assist the team as needed to ensure deadlines are met.
• Work with the team and our partners to make sure all equipment is maintained and working.
• Troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee growth.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of digital printing experience. Direct mail experience is a plus.

• 4 years of previous leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
