What will you do in this role?

• Liaison between the front end/customer service and sales groups and manufacturing
• Responsible for managing and coordinating changes to work orders and closing open work orders
• Support production scheduling tasks, ensuring timely responses to production issues
• Facilitate the flow of work and materials within departments according to production schedules to meet goals and fulfill customer requirements
• Maintain stock levels and inventory for accurate fulfillment of orders

What does it take to be successful in this role?

• H.S. diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Basic computer skills, especially in Excel
• Problem solving skills with an ability to think outside the box to identify and address work order issues
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact and collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems a plus
• Familiarity with Engineering Change Orders (ECO) preferred but not required
