Responsibilities :

• Continuouslymonitor bottling and blending progress to plan identify constraintsand agree to action plans through Team Leaders and supportfunctions.
• Regularly throughout eachday communicate with Receiving Maintenance Planning and QA to aligncorrective action strategies and correctiveactions.
• Develop Team Membersbuilding competent and motivated teams to meet departmentobjectives.
• Lead continuousimprovement initiatives in both bottling andblending.
• Maintains uptodate processdocumentation.
• Regularlyparticipates in developing and reviewing SOPs includingparticipation in daily SOP training in the preshift stand upmeetings.
• Performs daily review andapproval of the employee time and attendancesystem.
• Leads process improvementefforts for the production operation and other relatedprocesses.
• Maintain safety andquality related training of all team members up to date anddocument. Identify additional training requirements and arrange fortraining.
• Ensures that employeesfollow all company policies and procedures including GMPs and allSafety and Qualityrequirements.
• Maintain GMP andsanitation standards in areas ofaccountability.

Qualifications :

• Highschool diploma or GED required. Degreepreferred.
• Ability to write reportsbusiness correspondence and proceduremanuals.
• Ability to effectivelypresent information and respond to questions from groups ofmanagers
