Manzanita Naturals is a Santa Rosa-based craft beverage company that specializes in creating all-natural THC- and CBD-infused beverages. Our products are represented in hundreds of dispensaries and stores across California, with Kwik Ease and The Fizz being among the top-selling beverage brands in the state.

We are currently offering employment for a full-time Production Operator to join our team in Santa Rosa. The Production Operator will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day production and packaging needs of the team. Although the duties of this position will vary by operation, they may include the following:

Duties:

• Receiving raw materials.
• Preparing orders.
• Packaging of cans, bottles, and other beverages.
• Record-keeping.
• Inventory tracking.
• Driving the delivery vehicle.
• Assisting with cleaning and general warehouse upkeep.

Required / Preferred Qualities:

• Some experience in warehousing or production work (preferred).
• Honesty, sincerity, and a great work ethic.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task.
• Reliable transportation.
• Food and Beverage experience (preferred).
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
