POSITION SUMMARY: The Production Planning Support Coordinator provides a wide variety of general administrative support to multiple Managers throughout the complex. Serves as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to facilities and operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provides high level administrative support
- Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, spreadsheets; prepares charts, pivot tables, graphs, or tables as necessary
- May assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations
- Organizes and schedules meetings and conference calls
- Coordinates customer visits and events
- Assists with special projects as assigned
- Other duties as required

- Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively and cooperatively with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership teams.

- Recognizes and acts on incidents and safety risks. Consistently practices, and enforces safe work habits and drives those habits throughout the organization
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be exposed to both an office environment and the production environment of wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the production environment is usually loud.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS and BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:- 1-2 years of specialized/vocational training or college course work beyond high school, preferably in a related area is preferred, experience will be accepted in lieu of education
- Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) skills required
- Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Must be able to examine and verify financial documents and reports
- Leadership and team skills
- Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, methods and equipment
- Knowledge of production processes beneficial
- To perform this job successfully, applicant must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
