Essential Functions:
Respond to customer Requests in the same day or within 24 hours that are received via Acct Exec, Team Incite email, phone or in person.
Completes basic order entry and estimating with accuracy per category benchmark goals
Maintains workflow for customer order volume per industry benchmarks
Prepare proposals and quotes, client confirmations and manages artwork approval process
Manages customer returns if assigned
Demonstrates basic understanding of graphic design knowledge
Provides customers/Account Executives confirmation of order completion
De-escalates customer concerns as they arise, if needed in partnership with Acct Exec and Manager
Obtains TAS Certification within 6 months
Minimum Qualifications:
High School education or the equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience
1-2 years of promo industry experience preferred
Proficient with computer programs such as, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Works well under pressure and achieves deadlines
Ability to work with detailed information accurately
Ability to communicate both written and orally
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, team environment
Strong organization and prioritization skills; able to organize and plan work efforts to maximize work place efficiency and productivity
