Job Summary
Research Communications is a support office reporting jointly to Public Relations & Strategic Communications and the Office of the Vice President for Research (OVPR). We enhance the UK research enterprise by communicating the impact of research across all UK colleges and research centers/institutes and support communication efforts of units under the OVPR that serve the investigators conducting research at UK. This position will support the UK Research website (during a Drupal content migration, and ongoing to create sites, perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance, support unit editors, generate Google analytics reports). This position will also create/send email messages (from the OVPR, Impact Kentucky monthly newsletter, weekly Research Events) through the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, on-board other research units to the platform, generate engagement reports. Other duties include survey creation via Qualtrics and digital signage additions/scheduling via Korbyt system.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Office, Teams, Drupal, Qualtrics, Adobe Creative Suite, Marketing Cloud (recommended, not required).
