DIGITAL PRINT PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

The world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing and design franchise is seeking candidates for a position in Hayward as a Digital Print Production Associate. This position will be responsible for assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, promotional and design projects.

You will be doing graphic design, submitting files to vendors, customer service, dealing directly with customers, preparing estimates and work orders, digital printing, light bindery, and being part of a cohesive team. We are PC based using the Adobe design software.

You will provide exemplary customer service, build relationships, and use consultative selling when working with customers.

Requirements:

• Experience with Graphic Design (Adobe Cloud)
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Excellent time-management skills. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive daily deadlines with minimal supervision and extraordinary attention to detail.
• Work both independently and as a member of a team, from concept to completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Professional Appearance and Attitude.
• General shop cleaning
• Print shop experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
