Print Production Coordinator initiates requests for competitive bids and negotiates with vendors and suppliers to perform print jobs for direct mail, seasonal promotions, sales collateral, and other printed media. Prepares estimates and cost analysis reports for internal budget approval. Being a Print Production Coordinator coordinates and prioritizes print production schedules and print specifications. Reviews all artwork and copy prior to delivery to printers for accuracy and formats. Additionally, Print Production Coordinator reviews and approves mock-ups and proofs, performs final quality assurance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Print Production Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Looking for Someone who is flexible and can multi-task.
There is little routine in any given day.
Providing copy/scan/print production, USPS and FedEx mail, conference room and kitchen maintenance, reception coverage and supply maintenance.
You will be walking and standing most of the day.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs anything heavier assistance will be made available.
No driving is required, The dress code is Business casual. Non-management personnel wear a co-branded shirt (provided) and kakis.
Requirements -
Requires high school diploma or GED and1-2 years of related work experience.
Minimum of 2 years experience in legal industry/lawfirm is highly desired.
ABILITY TO PROVIDE AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, UTILIZING STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE, PERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
Some related copy job experience is preferred.
May require valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per policy.
Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair is preferred.
Ability to utilize a mixture of hardware and software to support functions such as cost recovery, document management and advanced workflow.
Requires knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures.
Basis electronics knowledge is preferred.
Possesses ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects.
Possesses ability to determine correct method and packing material as well as check packing slips for accuracy of incoming materials.
Possesses ability to comprehend instructions concerning mail delivery.
Possesses troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Possesses ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of manuals, parts books and related publications.
Possesses excellent customer relations skills and excellent verbal communication skills.
