Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Print Production Assistant. The primary responsibility of this role will be to complete small format production tasks and provide assistance to the large format department. The ideal candidate will be proficient in printing, cutting, folding, packaging, shipping, and assisting with installation. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to contribute to embroidery, apparel decoration through DTF (Direct-to-Film) and Sublimation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate printing equipment to produce high-quality prints according to client specifications.
• Perform cutting, folding, and packaging tasks to prepare finished products for shipping or installation.
• Assist with the shipping process, including preparing packages for delivery and coordinating with shipping carriers.
• Provide support to the large format department as needed, including assisting with installation projects.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of printed materials.
• Assist with embroidery tasks, including setup, operation, and maintenance of embroidery machines.
• Participate in apparel decoration processes, such as DTF and Sublimation, to create customized products for clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations and safety compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in a print production environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with printing equipment and processes, including digital printing, cutting, and folding.
• Basic knowledge of embroidery and apparel decoration techniques is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality standards under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours as required by the position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
