Print Production Coordinator jobs in Milford, CT
Print Production Coordinator initiates requests for competitive bids and negotiates with vendors and suppliers to perform print jobs for direct mail, seasonal promotions, sales collateral, and other printed media. Prepares estimates and cost analysis reports for internal budget approval. Being a Print Production Coordinator coordinates and prioritizes print production schedules and print specifications. Reviews all artwork and copy prior to delivery to printers for accuracy and formats. Additionally, Print Production Coordinator reviews and approves mock-ups and proofs, performs final quality assurance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Print Production Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Responsibilities:
- Convert contracts to work orders
- Schedule upcoming jobs
- Customer service phone calls & emails
- Utilize basic softwares
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Work as a team with staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration and scheduling
- Ability to prioritize and focus on your current task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer service skills
- Problem solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & Gmail Suite
- Positive Attitude!
- Must be excellent on the phone communicating loud and clear in a friendly, professional manner
- Bilingual English & Spanish
Hours & Compensation
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Branford Office)
