Print Production Coordinator initiates requests for competitive bids and negotiates with vendors and suppliers to perform print jobs for direct mail, seasonal promotions, sales collateral, and other printed media. Prepares estimates and cost analysis reports for internal budget approval. Being a Print Production Coordinator coordinates and prioritizes print production schedules and print specifications. Reviews all artwork and copy prior to delivery to printers for accuracy and formats. Additionally, Print Production Coordinator reviews and approves mock-ups and proofs, performs final quality assurance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Print Production Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. This is a two-person site. Responsibilities are copying/printing/scanning/binding. Covering reception breaks. Stocking kitchen. Receiving and scanning/distributing all mail regular and accountable mail.
There is waking, standing, bending and lifting but not extensive. Some lifting is required and assistance is available.
Seeking submissions od Anyone who has a copy center and or mail room background (staples/UPS Store) would be ideal. Attention to detail, organized, Customer Service and Team oriented.
Dress code is Business casual. Slacks/dress shirt and comfortable shoes
