We are currently seeking a Print Production Finisher at our new Indiana Print Shop. The finisher will be responsible for the day-to-day production and maintenance of the laminators.

Requirements:
• Read and understand job tickets to ensure production is produced according to specification.
• Perform quality checks according to established procedures to ensure high quality of production.
• Must have the ability to maintain organization with multiple projects, prioritize workflow, adhere to timelines, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain laminator and inventory supplies as needed.
• Must be prompt, courteous, professional and take pride in work.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the overall safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Skills:
• Proficient at reading work orders and fully understanding verbal and written instructions.
• Dependable and energetic.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Trimming and cutting printed products using Fotoba XY cutters
• Operate AGL laminating machines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Hardworking, assertive, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to react quickly and make continuous adjustments to provide top quality prints.

Needed:
• Minimum of two years of digital printing industry experience a plus
• Willing to learn, we will train!
• High School Diploma
