INSIDE OFFICE – PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Millwork Products, one of the region’s largest suppliers of doors and millwork, is currently seeking an inside office production coordinator. This is the opportunity to join a well-established and successful company that has many years of experience in the building supply industry.

The ideal representative should have experience dealing with production processes, especially in the building materials industry. And experience with inventory is helpful. Knowledge of millwork, residential doors, stair parts and commercial doors and mouldings is a plus.

:

· Responsible for production orders, production labels and correct assignment to correct production days.

· Working directly with the plant supervisor to make sure production is running smoothly.

· Be able to resolve problems in the office and mill in a professional manner.

· Other clerical duties (Filing, reviewing back-orders) as needed.

:

· Door and millwork product knowledge

· Should process strong verbal and written communication skills, computer skills are a plus.

· Highly motivated, honest, and outgoing attitude

· Should be able to multi-task.

· Should be able to manage his or her time.

· Creative and enthusiastic

· Leadership abilities

· High school diploma or GED minimum

· Must hold a valid driver’s license.
