In this role, you would be responsible for the delivery of EXACOM orders to customers. This individual must have knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting techniques as well as image and software deployment of systems and software. Experience with purchasing, inventory, RMA, shipping and documentation/quality processes is required.

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications:

· Associates degree (AA-AS degree) plus 2 years of relevant technical experience.

· Must be a self-starter and be able to work with every department.

· Quality and efficiency-driven mindset; attention to detail.

· Strong collaborative, follow-up and interpersonal skills (at all organizational levels).

· Strong problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of problem-solving processes.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.

· Understanding of Windows Server 2019/2022 based systems.

Preferred Additional Skills:

· Experience with Quality Management Practices and ISO Certifications.

· Detailed individual with analytic capabilities.

· Strong IT background

· Shipping internationally

· Technical experience troubleshooting server hardware and software issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
