Print Production Coordinator initiates requests for competitive bids and negotiates with vendors and suppliers to perform print jobs for direct mail, seasonal promotions, sales collateral, and other printed media. Prepares estimates and cost analysis reports for internal budget approval. Being a Print Production Coordinator coordinates and prioritizes print production schedules and print specifications. Reviews all artwork and copy prior to delivery to printers for accuracy and formats. Additionally, Print Production Coordinator reviews and approves mock-ups and proofs, performs final quality assurance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Print Production Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Production Coordinator
Weekend Shift -Thursday thru Monday or Friday thru Tuesday -7:30AM to 4:30PM
An employee who manages the entire Production floor is responsible for accepting/rejecting Work Orders in the Production Manager Bin and ensuring that the accepted Work Orders are completed in the safest, most efficient, and faultless way possible. He/She will complete reports and have meetings that illustrates the work status and resolves issues that have come up on the Production floor. He/She will ensure each department has checked that the merchandise is without blemish before moving to the next stage of Production. He/She coordinates the scheduling of the Work Orders with the department leads at the Production meeting.
