Principal Architect jobs in Nevada

Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. We are looking for a talented individual who can bring their expertise in architectural design, technical coordination, and leadership to contribute to our diverse range of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate independent work, demonstrating judgment, initiative, and extensive experience in the application and adaptation of architectural techniques.
• Coordinate technical issues with other disciplines, customer organizations, or projects, ensuring seamless integration of architectural aspects.
• Provide expertise and guidance in architectural design, resolving technical, code, regulatory, and safety issues effectively.
• Manage special tasks, offering leadership, training, and consultation to co-workers to enhance team performance.
• Conduct construction document reviews as required, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of task estimates, perform studies, and prepare analyses as necessary to support project objectives.
• Interface with other design/construction disciplines, management, and customers as needed to facilitate project success.
• Proficiency in MicroStation computer-aided drafting applications is required.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Architecture with a combined 15 years of professional architectural experience in relevant design/field experience is required.
• Registered Architect with current state registration. National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) preferred.
• Must have a working knowledge of Federal (including Department of Energy Orders), State, and Local codes and standards applicable to architectural design.
• Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for government clearance.
