Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Screen Press Operator to operate and maintain our screen printing equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a passion for producing top-quality prints.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate screen printing equipment according to job specifications.
• Prepare screens, inks, and other materials for printing.
• Monitor print quality throughout the production process and make adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient production flow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Screen Press Operator or similar role required.
• Proficiency in operating screen printing equipment and related tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
