    Job Summary:


    We are looking for a sales-oriented, go getter, with a passion for improving customer ROI by providing equipment upgrade solutions! This individual will build and lead the AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners (AVE-PLP, LLC) Performance Upgrade Team to success by providing upgrade sales opportunities to customers and employees, creating marketing and return on investment opportunities, and pro-actively implementing solutions that improve customer experience and satisfaction. The Precision Upgrade Manager will work closely with internal and external resources to anticipate customer and market needs in order to identify upgrade opportunities to address those needs.

     

    As a Precision Upgrade Manager, you will:


    • Helps lead and manage the organization’s Performance and Aftermarket Upgrade strategies
    • Develops social media marketing materials such as videos and flyers to create customer awareness of upgrade opportunities
    • Develops return on investment scenarios to provide value to customers relative to upgrades.
    • Creates system optimization to maximize upgrade sales opportunities through the Service department
    • Provides and coordinates training to locations to increase confidence in upgrades
    • Creates and manages upgrade opportunity reporting to track success and create programs
    • Maintain current product knowledge on all new/used equipment potentially saleable by the dealership, including features/benefits and machine compatibility/ technology integration.
    • Exhibits outstanding communication skills and cooperates with other departments and locations.
    • Promotes teamwork, maintains a positive attitude and supports the concept of one face to our customers.

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience:


    • 5 years of experience in an agricultural-related role with activities such as sales, service, training, or other related work. Prior experience with JD technology and support is preferred.
    • Associate’s Degree, or higher, in an agricultural-related major or equivalent experience.
    • Ability to operate with a solutions approach and identify existing/emerging customer needs.
    • Ability deal with and effectively resolve challenging customer issues.
    • Ability to think strategically.
    • Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, meet short/changing deadlines and is energized by a fast-paced environment.
    • Can build relationships through phone interaction and/or web-based communications.
    • Strong data management abilities and computer skills including excel and PowerPoint (or similar tools) and ability to analyze and interpret data and reports.
    • Demonstrates leadership, organizational, management, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
    • Must be able to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment.
