The Precision Grinder works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Job Description
Crown Staffing is seeking a Grinder to fill an opening in the Falmouth, KY area. The ideal candidate would have previous experience and be able to work a 5 : 30a-4p shift.
ResponsibilitiesMachine Grinding : Grind and finish machines to given specifications.Weldment Preparation : Remove BB’s, grind, and prepare weldments for paint.
Production Maintenance : Maintain production goals per established schedule, regulations, and labor standards.Equipment Maintenance : Maintain equipment and tools.
Work Area Safety : Maintain a clean and safe work area and wear required PPE at all times.Additional Tasks : Perform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements
