Precision Assembler performs precision assembling, aligning, or adjusting within very tight tolerances. Follows schematics and specification documents to complete measuring, fitting, wiring, and soldering of components to assemble units. Being a Precision Assembler calibrates and tests subcomponents and finished products to ensure quality and functionality. Inspects produced parts for quality assurance, identifies defects and makes adjustments. Additionally, Precision Assembler uses standard hand and power tools, and precision measuring tools such as micrometers, verniers, and dial calipers. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Precision Assembler works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. The Precision Ag Line Advisor will be responsible for collaborating with a number of our most strategic Dealers & Customers who are subscribed to PAL.
PAL Advisor will be responsible for executing high quality technology related operational support by using defined processes to achieve optimal dealer & customer satisfaction.
You will earn the role of trusted advisor in Precision Agriculture related solutions and forge relationships with your customers and fellow PAL Advisors.
You will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Precision Ag technology products by AGCO as well as 3rd Party. You will share operational best practices, develop help material for end users, and collaborate closely with AGCO Sales & Support teams.
Currently, the PAL organization is operating in North America with goals to expand in other regions such as Australia / New Zealand.
