Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As the Operation Manager, you will play a crucial role in both overseeing our day-to-day operations and managing the administrative functions of our office. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating and managing our testing and emergency response teams, as well as ensuring the smooth functioning of our staff in the office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, logistics, and customer service
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Lead and supervise our testing and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• Manage and optimize processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Determine and maintain a system to create advocacy and smooth operations between the Sales, Engineering, Office, and Tech staff
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among all employees.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Review resources regularly to determine hiring needs based on hours of service required to complete
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Oversee office staff and ensure a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
• Oversee the staff that handles payroll processing, invoicing, and other financial administrative tasks.
• Assist with human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the electrical testing or service industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, including profit loss statements
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective plans
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Excel along with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
• Knowledge of electrical testing procedures and industry best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,007.00 - $86,288.00 per year
