Join us as an Assembly Manager, in this role, the Assembly Manager at ESL is responsible for overseeing manufacturing and assembly operations for the different product assembly areas and lines.

Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day activities related to assembly and testing of the different production areas of assembly for final products.

2. Studies the costs, materials, and efficiencies of the different areas

3. Working in a team with other areas of the company develop and monitor production forecasts and adjust whatever is necessary to deliver on promises.

4. Supports employee engagement initiatives to ensure alignment of company core values.

5. Ensures Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are not only tracked but review daily and weekly and actions are taken to address deviation.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry with high level of customized product.
• 5 years of leadership experience and managing a facility with at least 150 employees
• Degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or Operational Excellence/LEAN or related field, preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish / English ,preferred
• Intermediate to advance knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ERP Systems General knowledge and prior experience
• Strong problem-solving skills; with ability to be a decision maker as well as contributor.
• Self-directed with a demonstrated sense of accountability
• Mechanical background, panel fabrication and electrical assembly industry experience, continuous improvement background and/or Six Sigma certification is preferred

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
