    Qualifications for Ideal Candidates:

    • Education:

      • High school diploma or GED.
    • Driver's License:

      • A valid driver’s license with the ability to obtain a CDL.
    • Experience:

      • DC Power Plant experience is a plus.
    • Technical Knowledge:

      • Knowledge of battery testing equipment and safety policies and procedures is a plus.
    • Mechanical Skills:

      • Basic mechanical skills are required.
    • Physical Capability:

      • Ability to lift 70 pounds.
    • Customer Service Focus:

      • Strong customer service/solutions focus.
    • Communication Skills:

      • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Technical Understanding:

      • Ability to read and understand basic layout drawings and schematics is a plus.
    • Must be willing to travel as needed, obtain a DOT medical card, complete new hire drug testing, and have a background that aligns with our customer's requirements.
