We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Power Washing Technician to join our team.
Sharp Stream washes building exteriors for both residential and commercial clients. We take pride in our work and always aim to deliver the highest quality results with the best possible customer service for each and every project. Responsibilities:
- Operate power washing equipment to clean multiple types of exterior surfaces
- Drive company vehicles to and from client sites
- Work well in a small team
- Maintain clean and safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in power washing work is preferred but not required
- Reliability and always being on-time are a must
- Reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License, and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to frequently lift and move 20-50 lbs. and occasionally lift and move up to 100 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably on the exterior of the 2nd and occasionally 3rd stories of buildings
