Here at Lunex we are searching for the best of the best door to door reps in the market and we are paying them what they are worth to work with us. There is uncapped potential here with some of the best pay in the industry. No cap on commission and plenty of opportunities for advancement. We are currently looking to hire several individuals for our team here in the north east division and with that will come management opportunities as well. Though once you see the pay structure you may never want to leave sales.
Talking about pay structure, we work on a redline model around here. Meaning we have a base amount we charge and anything above that is pure profit for you. This equates to around $1000 per kW. An average sale for our reps is 6-8 kW meaning an average pay of $6-8 thousand per sale. We expect our energy consultants to sell at least 4 systems a month with experienced reps selling 2-3 a week.
Expectations:
This is a door to door position, so you’ve got to be comfortable knocking doors. Successful reps knock at least 100 doors a day. We are looking for self motivated individuals who have high energy and the ability to talk to just about anyone. We work Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-8pm with meetings Tuesday and Friday at 11am.
