Power Scheduler develops and maintains daily, weekly and monthly schedules for power generation, storage, and wheeling. Monitors and coordinates generation and interchange according to contracts and pooling arrangements. Being a Power Scheduler schedules all power purchases and sales with other utilities. Maintains logs documenting all relevant operating information, problems and issues. Additionally, Power Scheduler requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Power Scheduler occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. $1000 Sign On Bonus (paid out incremental with active status with the company)
