As an IT Operations ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and troubleshooting applications within the ServiceNow platform in support of a national security mission to maintain the safety, security, and effectiveness of the United States nuclear weapons stockpile. Working as part of the IT organization's IT Operations team, the IT Operations ServiceNow Developer position offers you the ability to install, manage, upgrade, and maintain existing ServiceNow modules and develop new workflows and applications within the ServiceNow platform.
You'll be responsible for
* Configuring user access
* Maintaining stability of the system
* Implementation of new capabilities
* Design, install and configure internal and customer-facing ServiceNow applications and workflows using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, HTML, CSS and XML
* Administer and support core ServiceNow functionality including CMDB, KnowledgeBase and Service Catalog.
* Configure workflows, catalog items, and scripting within the ServiceNow implementation
* Help implement automations through ServiceNow native processes or third party tools
* Stay current with ServiceNow trends, updates, and technologies
* Install and configure third-party ServiceNow integrations.
* Monitor and update the ServiceNow platform in accordance with Cyber Security requirements.
* Perform monitoring and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow environment.
