Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Dispensary Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cannabis dispensary. The Dispensary Supervisor will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, and ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in shift management, assistant manager or store management roles, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise dispensary staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and product pricing
- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding the sale and distribution of cannabis products
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer information
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering any questions or concerns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Manage payroll and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in shift management, assistant manager or store management roles is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and manage a team
- Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry regulations is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and compliance documentation
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient computer skills for inventory tracking and sales reporting purposes
