Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a distribution, warehousing, or logistics environment or HSD/GED and at least 7 years of experience in a distribution, warehousing, or logistics environment. A deep understanding of lean principles is a plus. Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees. Excellent communication skills. Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, basic skill level in Microsoft PowerPoint and demonstrated proficiency learning/operating within an ERP. Within first 90 days, must be proficient within our systems.
