Primary Responsibility: Develop and implement MIRATECH’s Global Marketing strategy
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives, targeting global B2B markets. This includes market research, competitive analysis, and target audience segmentation.
- Oversees day-to-day and strategic activities of the Global Marketing department, including leading and developing a high performing team. Develop and report on relevant marketing KPI’s.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content creation, to increase online visibility and engagement. Ensures projects remain on budget and on time.
- Manages market / competitive intelligence and data analysis efforts globally. Gathers competitive price points and intelligence on competitor market reach efforts.
- Manages internal customer opinion survey (ICOS) annually to get direct feedback from our customers. Design and implement Digital Voice of the Customer process and platform within the organization to capture direct customer feedback.
- Manages the ranking of customers to focus on top revenue potential and customer type.
- Develops MIRATECH’s sustainability messaging.
- Manages established-market efforts (USA) versus emerging-market efforts (EMEA/Asia/Latin America) differently and customized to the market’s maturation.
- Makes relevant presentations to Executive Management team on department’s progress on strategic initiatives, resourcing needs, and roadmap.
- Oversees all global tradeshow execution and the global tradeshow calendar / budget.
- Manage and maintain marketing schedules and ensure that campaign and project deadlines are met.
- Participate in trade shows and other brand building exercises as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with a focus in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 5 years’ marketing leadership experience in a B2B Industrial or Manufacturing sector; experience with a global multinational organization a plus
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content marketing
- Demonstrated experience leading & developing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively present information to management and/or customer
- Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
