Who We Are:
Farm-to-Power (FTP) is a nonpartisan, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) information and advocacy platform born of the great need to provide balance in the dialogue around the impact of clean energy infrastructure in rural, agriculturally based communities.
Farm-to-Power’s mission is to work in collaboration with agricultural organizations and farming and ranching communities to identify and then target areas where there is the most significant risk of misinformation, opposition messaging, and inaccurate data, driving critical decisions around the development of clean energy—including utility-scale wind and solar farms as well as the transmission infrastructure interconnecting these vital resources.
We aim to develop a coalition of farmers, ranchers and community stakeholders with agricultural backgrounds willing to take a stand to support renewable and transmission projects and use their voices and platforms to encourage others in agricultural communities or with agricultural backgrounds to do the same.
