The Environmental Scientist/Engineer provides high-level project support to project managers and assists project managers with managing and developing staff. Requirements: - 3 years of general environmental consulting or related experience - Experience with Phase I environmental site assessments, groundwater, USTs, SPCC plans, solid and hazardous waste management - Significant field experience (e.g., soil, groundwater, soil vapor), - Regulatory knowledge (e.g., DOH TGM, Hawaii ERL) - Technical writing and computer skills - Have a valid driver's license and vehicle - Able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds, work remotely or on rough terrain, and travel intermittently - Proficient with Office 365 applications (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) Education: - Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in Geology, Chemistry, Oceanography, Environmental Science, Engineering or closely aligned field of study Desired experience but not required: - Federal CERCLA experience highly desired - Project Management - Multi-increment sampling and analysis - HAZMAT/HAZWOPER Training Position is in Kailua, Oahu Hawaii.
