Duties:
- Conduct scientific research and experiments related to food production
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate product quality and performance
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for continuous improvement
- Perform root cause analysis to investigate and resolve any issues related to product quality or performance
- Fabricate prototypes and conduct laboratory tests to assess product functionality
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, data collection, and analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory changes
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and quality assurance practices
- Proficient in laboratory techniques and equipment operation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
- Experience with root cause analysis methodologies
- Knowledge of microbiology principles and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred)
