Description: Kenwood Golf & Country Club is seeking a dynamic Pool Manager. The Pool Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the facility patrons and staff. The Pool Manager is also responsible for managerial, administrative, facility, aquatic communication, and leadership duties. The Pool Manager must have training to prevent and respond to emergencies on land and water. The Pool Manager must possess a thorough knowledge of lifeguard surveillance techniques, rescue techniques, and emergency procedures. The Pool Manager understands emergency procedures, has decision-making skills, and can communicate effectively with club members and the aquatic safety team. The Pool Manager must demonstrate maturity, responsibility, and be able to communicate and motivate staff. The Pool Manager will always provide excellent customer service.
