Evaluates information from application for completeness, accuracy, and policy reinstatement. Being a Policy Processing Clerk, Sr. provides training to less experienced processing clerks. May approve policy if it meets standard criteria. Additionally, Policy Processing Clerk, Sr. requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Work Schedule
Monday shift starts at 5:00am, Tuesday-Friday shift starts at 6:00am. End time will vary based on workload.
Compensation
The hourly salary range for this role is $16.00- $19.31/hr; commensurate with experience.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum six months general office experience and basic accounting knowledge highly desirable.
- Ideal candidate must be detail oriented and highly organized in order to accurately perform a wide variety of tasks to meet strict deadlines.
- Must possess excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel required.
